Safety and Efficiency Agreements

A safety and efficiency agreement or SEA provides security and peace of mind. Twin Oaks offers a service agreement to all residential, commercial and generator clients. We feel SEAs save money as maintenance is completed to help with keeping equipment operating properly causing less call outs or down time. SEAs can be for residential heating and cooling, commercial heating and cooling, commercial equipment and for Generac generators.

Residential and Commercial heating & cooling SEA includes:

Changing of filters
Cleaning of condenser coils
Check for correct operation
Check all electrical, motors, relays etc. for proper operation
If anything is found we will fix and repair, these costs would be extra but at a discounted rate (can quote out if necessary)

Commercial Equipment SEA:

Can be anything refrigeration related including but not limited to: ice machine, reach ins, walk ins, etc. the service includes:
Ice machine sea includes:

o Cleaning and sanitizing machine

o Water filter change

o Running batches to check for proper operation

Reach in and walk ins:

o Clean condenser coils

o Clean evaporator coils

o Check refrigeration charge

o Check electrical components etc. for health of equipment and operati

If anything is found we will fix and repair, these costs would be extra but at a discounted rate (can quote out if necessary)

Note: we do work/service multiple commercial items so if interested give us a call we can quote out a SEA for all equipment

Generator SEA includes:

Changing of oil and level check
Change of oil and air filters
Inspect fuel lines and connections
Check terminals, wiring and connections, voltage, switches etc. for proper operation
Check battery for corrosion and dryness and clean if necessary
Check charge of battery
Change spark plugs yearly
Check levelness of generator
Run a cycle to ensure that the generator is working properly
At this time, we can also change the day and time that your generator cycles if needed
If anything is found we will fix and repair, these costs would be extra but at a discounted rate (can quote out if necessary)
