HVAC

Check breakers and outdoor unit for blockages
If you or someone has been in the unit, make sure compartment doors are shut correctly
Changing the thermostat rapidly can also cause a shutdown of at least 15 minutes for a factory reset; this is a safety feature on systems. To avoid this, allow enough time between changing the thermostat

Refrigeration

Check for blockages of airflow
Is anything icing up such as fans, coils etc.
Is the coil dirty?
is the unit over filled with product or blocking any airflow inside

Our company provides maintenance agreements (SEA) throughout the year to ensure your equipment is running properly. We can cover all refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Our contracts can be twice a year or even quarterly. See our SEA page for more information.

Warranties vary depending on manufacturer and equipment. Twin Oaks backs many warranties that cover many types of equipment.

We also offer walk in trailer rentals a cooler and freezer. If you are in need extra storage space or if your walk in were to go down these are available to rent out until repairs are made. See Rental Trailers.
